We strive to make this process as simple and risk free as possible.To show our commitment to our customers, we offer a true one time set up charge for all new custom molded and extruded parts. This includes the development of prototypes as well as production parts for one flat fee.

We routinely work with a variety of plastic and rubber materials for custom molded products. While we offer a wide variety of silicone caps and plugs through our online store, often our customers have a special application for which a stock part will not work. In these cases, we can custom manufacture a masking cap or plug to your exact specification.

We also work with OEMs and Tier 2 suppliers to design and produce custom molded components parts. Gaskets are a popular molded item we produce for the automotive and aerospace applications. We can produce custom grommets for wire ways, rubber packers for the oil & gas industry or over molded rubber parts for agricultural and medical uses.
