These die cuts are manufactured from a thin, commercial grade polyester film with a pressure sensitive silicone adhesive. With a carrier of 1 Mil, this product is extremely conformable and has very sharp line definition.

Product Features

  • Temperature Rating: 400° F / 204° C
  • Die cuts 0.250" or larger have a split-back liner for ease of use - split liner for smaller dimensions upon request
  • Removes cleanly even after long bake cycles with no residue
  • Used in Powder Coating, E-Coating, Anodizing and Plating
  • Standard die cut sizes in stock or can be made to your specifications
