1 Mil Red Polyester Discs

These die cuts are manufactured from a thin commercial grade polyester film with an extra thick pressure sensitive silicone adhesive. It is an ideal choice for immersion coating processes where a moisture tight seal is needed and solder strip baths. With a carrier of only 1 Mil it is extremely conformable and has very sharp line definition.

• All die cuts 3/8" or larger come standard with a split-back liner. Split liner for smaller dimensions upon request
• High adhesion for sharp line definition - no undercutting
• Removes cleanly even after long bake cycles with no residue
• Used in Powder Coating, E-Coating, Anodizing, Etching and Plating
• Standard die cut sizes in stock or can be made to your specifications
