The 3M 421 die cut lead discs are backed with a rubber adhesive, offering excellent conformability in a variety of application conditions. These round lead discs perform well in a wide variety of termperature conditions. Electrically and thermally conductive.

  • Good thermal properties
  • Performs well in a range of temperature conditions

  • All die cuts 3/8" or larger come standard with a split-back liner; Split liner for smaller dimensions upon request
  • Used for a variety of applications (see spec sheet)
