These die cuts are manufactured from commercial grade polyester film with a silicone adhesive. The polyester carrier is very transparent for easy placement and alignment.

Product Features

  • Temperature Rating: 425° F / 218° C
  • Die cuts 0.250" or larger have a split-back liner for ease of use - split liner for smaller dimensions upon request
  • Highly transparent
  • Low shrink, removes cleanly even after long bake cycles with no residue
  • Used in Powder Coating and E-Coating
  • Standard die cut sizes in stock or can be made to your specifications

  • 2 Mil Polyester Carrier
  • 1.5 Mil Silicone Adhesive
  • 3.5 Mil Total Thickness
