3M 470 electroplating tape is designed for the intense and difficult conditions of electroplating and anodizing. Has a flexibile vinyl backing that conforms to irregular surfaces. Excellent resistance to chemicals.

  • Temperature Rating: 250° F / 121° C
  • Resists most common solvents
  • Conformable vinyl backing
  • Backing is printable via thermal transfer
  • Used for masking in electroplating, including flat strip and overlapping masks
  • Can be used for labelling or sealing containers from water intrusion
