The 3M 470 vinyl die cut discs are manufactured from a conformable, abrasion resistant vinyl tape that can withstand most chemicals used in typical electroplating processes. Prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures and hot caustics may cause weakening of the adhesive bond. Resists most common solvents.
